We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. Items must be in their original condition, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, please email us at Shopthescroll88@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at Shopthescroll88@gmail.com.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After this window, the order may already be processed and we cannot guarantee cancellation.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalised products, personal care items that have been opened or used, sale items, and gift cards.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
